Jay Early life
JAY LG born in Atlanta 26th December 1996 to parents Terry and Erika LG grew up on the south side of the city He started rapping at the age of 12 under the name Lil Doc But only seeing it as less of a hobby and more of a life choice after his Fathers death. In 2011 Jay father was shot dead by local drug dealer. This was not enough to keep Jay of the streets who himself would start selling before the age of 18 nothing serious just saw it as a way to support his mum and sister. As Jay's music started to take of he says that he credits his susses to the support for his mum during this troubled times.

The self proclaimed next big thing releasing his first mixtape August 2015 This was the first time he had picked up coverage on something released by JAY and landed him some big features that started the JAY LG movement In June 2016 was the release of Revelation Which reached top 10 on Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop Album Charts and also featured on fan voting list for XXL freshman list for 2016 releasing another mix tape in February 2017 JAY has promised fans a life changing album in 2018 only performing feature for the rest of 2017 until "the world is blessed when Genesis drops on 19 March.
